Forgetting Tomorrow. Poem by jasmin santana

Forgetting Tomorrow.

Times running out.
I'm rushed to make a decision.
Whether its what I want or what I need.
I need to go but I want to stay.
What will make me happy or what will make me strong.
What will I choose should I move on?
The decision is yours.
Even though I see it in your eyes,
I want to hear it in your voice.
My presence is your choice.
Your friends don't like me I already know.
I'll let you go.
I'll move on.
Trying to keep my voice strong.
The tears held back.
The smile and laughter to cover my frown and sorrow.
Forgetting about tomorrow.
Remembering today.
