Forgive Me Poem by Cody Smith

Forgive Me

Forgive me, Mother, for I have sinned.
Forgive me, Father, I forgot to live.
Darkness falls far too bright.
The eternal flame that guides my sight.
Shadows scream and hunger calls,
Splattered blood to paint these walls.
Now too full, this hollow shell.
My friend, my lover, known as Hell.
