Forgiveness, Love And Sanctity Poem by Jillian Keenan

Forgiveness, Love And Sanctity

Today I heard an angel cry
As if she knew about the lie
The lie that I’ve been living
Forgive me?
I’m not worth forgiving
Today I saw the devil laugh
As if he knew I took his path
And all his hatred poured into me
Rouring!
Like the mighty sea
Today I felt the Father’s love
As if he knew all of the above
Then suddenly it dawned on me
Forgiveness, love and sanctity
