Forgotten Poem by Michael Deeks

Forgotten

Rating: 5.0

Our inner darkness is disguised as distinct childhood memories,
Our outer light is lit by limitless life-long experiences lost and now our enemies,
As our minds decay and disintegrate and disperse into pieces of Earth's past
Our shaded history lives on like lush tree's torn down to create more paths
As we are all remembered, we are all forgotten.
