Four-Leaf Clover (My Version) Poem by Mirranda Array

Four-Leaf Clover (My Version)

There is a place where the sun is like gold,
And the cherry blooms burst with snow.
Down underneath is the loveliest nook
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.

Despite this all, this is not the reason
That makes our world fall far below.
You see, all of the creatures are at peace
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.

Someday I'll find it, someday for sure,
If I journey high and low.
I just might find the wondrous place
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.

But when I am by your side,
I need to search no more I know.
With you I've found more than I ever could
Where the four-leaf clovers grow.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I took the first stanza found in poem by Ella Higginson of the same name and based my poem off of it, trying to follow the same style. Think of it as my response.
