Fowl Love Poem by Jhanus Thanatos

Fowl Love

Sarcasm drips off our tongues,
Reckless words are said,
Lies fill our lungs,
The act of happiness is dead,

Damned if you do,
Screwed if you don't,
I don't want to listen to you,
I know you think I won't,

You watch me like an owl,
But you disappear all day,
Your presence feels so fowl,
I just want to get away,

I try to run,
But you just make me fall,
To you this was fun,
As I'm forced to crawl.
