Fray Not Dear Bulgarian Rose Poem by MIKAIL AKUNDU AKUNDU

Fray Not Dear Bulgarian Rose

The sun graces its shine
in the wonted epical mannerism
of goldish radiance
on Earth's massive face.

The dead love
in the afore-dark night
awakens and springs
on the wheels of hope
It's the feat of the evasive twilight.

Door clattering
Engines combusting
to usher men
Unto their day
and their ordained duty's designates.

Sunlight bears the torch
to the path of dreams
cast upon the vast sea
of life's terminal toil.

The long bare foot walk
on the hot sand in harsh toil
unregistered to mind
At Nature's course i murmur not

Earth's space shrouded
in darkness again
life goes to bed
to be reawakened
to the recycling procession of sunrise
and dreams pursuit.

Midday comes with traces
of wrinkles on my skin
The harbinger
to a waning twilight and dusk fall.

In all
I've saved
to settle my original debt with earth

Only a lame- unfruitful resistance
I muster in repayment
as after all
I'm lowered to earth
in submission to my rare quietus
