Friday Morning Flight 7 Poem by Paul G. Kallen

Friday Morning Flight 7

Rating: 2.8

Based on Marilyn Friday's OBE

Once I found I could leave my body behind
And explore beyond its human imagination.
Fear not, I flew up to my sheer delight
To refresh my exhausted soul-astral relation.

I shot off to the sky, to the depth of the world
From the shallow pool of my limited body.
And I knew in an instant that I was to uphold
People's bond with the boundless study.

I was born for performing my mystical role —
Trust in the incredible and do the impossible —
Wonder beamed throughout my excited soul
While I saw the invisible and heard the inaudible.

The magnificent flight was the stunner comment
Blowing up the views on time-space fusion.
I knew deep within my soul at that moment:
In the spirit world, time was an illusion.

When I found myself in my earthly location,
Full with the secrets which I could hardly bear,
I guessed it was only a brief initiation
Into the highest wisdom to pursue, I dare.

That is true, the deep moments of life feel like secrets, the most wonderful sort, as happy as that beautiful wrapped box under the tree that is going to make someone light up. A secret like this is a gift for ourself, to comfort us for all our days.
