Not to seek in you an idea
You cannot be or meet
But to discovering you
That unique person
Uncompared to anyone
To appreciate what you are
Than ask what you should be
To know you
Beyond affairs of routine
To understand your reasons
As you become and grow
And have you all the way
To feel with your life
Its cadence
In the laughter, in the rain
Through valleys and mountains
that comes with tomorrow
I’d like to be
Such a friend to you
And need the same of you
