Friendship Poem by sydney heart

Friendship

You’re always there whenever I call
The first one there whenever I fall
You’ve seen me cry
As you try not to pry
I get too deep
Some things to myself I should keep

My secrets I can never hide
It doesn’t matter if I tried
You know me so well
It’s funny how you can always tell
Through thick and thin
Yes we have been

We are so different but yet the same
Ya we are so lame
Without you I would be lost
In the wind I would be tossed
Without you my day is so gray
I hope you are here to stay

Now summer is drawing near
And we will both cheer
High school is at summers end
I know that we will not bend
We will stay close
Even if it’s in a smaller dose

And as we split and go our separate ways
To god this friendship I will praise.
