Frustration Poem by Whisper Dawn

Crying
Screaming
Even shouting about
Only to realize
That all this is
Being kept inside
How can one feel this way
And still move through out the days
Anger
Madness
Seems so close
Tell me now
To let go!
Words spinning
In my head
Up and down
I can’t seem to find
A way around
hold it in
squeeze it tight
yell and know
its only me hearing
this tonight
shut in from all sight
scream
yell
let it out
builds right up
to the top
no more
holding on
clutching to
yes this is
Frustration
Without a doubt! ! !
