Frustration Poem by Jada Lee

Frustration

There is a time where nothing feels right
Your mind seems to be,
An empty cup, upside down.
Its contents spilled on the floor
Impossible, yes impossible
To be back in the cup.
You search yourself, yearning
You pray, you plead, you threaten
But your cup does not answer,
as it is empty.
Your anger, your anguish,
flows.
Others feel it, others cower,
Because of you.
Maybe that is why,
your water, is frightened, scared.
But soon, sooner or later,
Something finds the courage
The courage of a tiger,
To creep back into your cup.
You brighten, you smile
The something, beams
the doors of your cup,
are opened again.
