Games Poem by sierra bouvier

Games

What hurts the most is that you told me you loved me
Everything you said was a lie

And I just let you get away with what you left behind
A broken heart with no one to pick it up

You’re like a disease I can’t get away from the memories of what we used to be
I know I said I wasn’t sad but can you see the hurt in my eyes

Time has passed but it’s not the same without you
Promises are legit

Too bad that pinky promise tore us apart
You can’t keep a promise to save your life

I thought I was the only one
Too bad you forgot to delet her number out your phone

What were you thinking
That I wasn’t smart enough to catch on

Ha maybe you can go play another girls head
But I’m through with your games

I’m not your rag doll
And I won’t be sitting here for you when you decide to come around
