Garuda Poem by Alexander Foald

Garuda

In this room
Where emptiness surrounds
The sound of wind breezes in
The calmness and the lovely quiet

Stars are burning above there
Woman can only see its flames
Hiding something behind the light
Our history, becomes so dark

Life is like a candle in the night
The fire burns out until it dies
Never know what the lights like
Never gets second chance to survive

I’m standing here on my own mind
Before this stone of thunder
While memories bring back destiny
Of a man who ruled the universe
