Gaslighting Poem by Naba Arif

Gaslighting

I have seen it play before
I welcomed it but was unprepared
All these emotions feel so familiar
They misuse my sense of responsibility
It is starting to weigh heavy on me
Cycle of blame playing again
You create guilt for not feeling grateful
For the privilege I never asked
