Getting Better - Poem by Rosanna Miller

Too tangled in the neverending web
Of self-induced guilt and blame
And self-inflicted feelings of pain
Stuck in a cycle of self-esteem
To be able to think my way out

Sit silently still

Allowing all around ambience
Calmly correct character
Often overriding orders
Within whichever way
