My days are quiet, the nights are long. I know for my boys I must be strong. I still think about our time together. You were so mean and hurtful like no other. You put your hands on me and left many bruises. You left me broken and useless. The visions that I have of me, hiding things so no one will sees. My dreams never did come true. Because I cannot escape from you. Everything I know and love, I can only see from above. Feels like I am screaming and not one person stops and helps. One by one I take small steps. Day by day I hate you for making me feel this way. I will no longer count the haunting days. Now go far from me and stay away.
