Girl In Doubt Poem by Dragon Fire

Girl In Doubt

There was a little girl in doubt…

She saw a man and a wife
She saw them both lose their lives
But she never wanted to die
And strangely she didn’t cry

They came and they killed
They did as they willed
The girl went to hide
They came and they killed and she left by their side

Many years have past since the dreadful day
All she wants to do is run away
She’s bleeding, but she’s strong and holds onto the pain
She keeps up the fighting but she will never explain

They want her; they need her, then made her, this
So runs, they try to stop her but they miss
She hates them and refuses to stay
So instead she just runs away

Now do you know
Why her tears don’t flow
She breathes and she moans
For the parents she lost long ago

There was a girl that never wanted to die
Now she’s all grown all she wants is to survive
She’s running loose around and about
She was lost in the world and was left in doubt

They came and they killed, she left by their side
They made her, into them, and she stayed alive
But now she wants revenge on them all, inside
When the war was over, she learned how to cry

This is inspired by a favorite song of mine. It is about a girl that saw her parents die, but she couldn't cry over it, she tried to hide but was captured and left with the murderers. She let them make her into one of them but was angry at them for killing her parents. But she kept fighting for them. Until she was strong enough and decided to run away. They try to stop her but can't. All she wanted was to live and she sought revenge. They did not anticipate her to run, and they made her into a killing machine. But she got her revenge and killed them all and after it was all over she could finally cry over her parents death.
