Girlfriends...
Many say that girlfriends are more complex
than difficult poetry.
Layers are thicker than Blake`s symbolism.
And their mood is more intricate than Eliot`s imagery.
The other side may have strong counter literature.
Poets may sing praise songs about their beloved
but they know how they fashioned the sweet notes.
Love poems, some say, are ever the funniest ones.
