Give me just one reason not to love you...
Tell me why I stand here, in the rain...
In tears and frustration, thinking of you...
And it brings along my writings, soiled and stained...

Ask me why, I don't want to miss you...
And I don't have a single thing to say...
Tell me reasons that I shouldn't kiss you...
I'll give to you the reasons, I should stay...

Tell me its not right and I won't know,
Give to me the answer I won't hear...
Tell me baby, show you, and I'll show...
Give me reasons, not to tell you here...

I guess that you don't have to tell me one thing...
I know the many reasons, they all scar...
But it doesn't stop me from this dreadful feeling...
I long for you, and everything you are...

Tell me why I'm breathless when I'm near you...
Tell me go, and baby I will go...
But let me have the thrill, to sometimes hear you...
Even though your answer, would be no...

Break my heart, and close yours to the feelings...
Take it babe, and break it all in two...
Leave me here looking at the ceilings...
Looking at this dream, looking at you...
