Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread. Poem by Roxanne Dubarry

Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread.

Oh! Precious LORD this is what you said,
in your special prayer, " Give us this day
our daily bread." When your disciples
asked of you how they should pray.

Thanking our heavenly father for giving
us our daily bread, "and not one cent more, "
my former pastor Rex Furman said.
Least we become greedy and ask for more.

We need a loaf of bread for our selves,
and an extra one to to share with someone else.
We should not take our blessings for granuated
But always be grateful for our provisions.

Our heavenly father will provide for all
of his special children. He will care
for the homeless and the hungry.
By using our hearts and our hands.

To provide for our people at home,
and abroad.He has richly blessed
our homeland.We need to remember
we all are part of the brotherhood
and sisterhood of both men and women.
