God heard him sing
And got carried away
So He took him from us
To sing in heaven all day

He made him an angel
And gave him his wings
Now he sits with the choir
And sings for the King

Singing songs of praise
unending worship, glorifying Him
Now I see the reason why
God made Him an angel...with wings

This is beautiful, touching and hopeful. We can look forward to the possibility of becoming one of God's angels, if not here on earth, possibly in Heaven and we too will earn our wings. I love this poem and will make it one of my favourites. The wonderful trio did it again. Melvina
