His truth will always stand
Though I be tossed about
By the winds of doubt

His truth will always stand
Though I close my eyes to faith
Then lie to myself that I am safe.

His truth will always stand
No matter what I do
However I am blue

His truth will always stand:
His Son's died in our place for all our sins
Past, future, and the ones we're in.

His truth will always stand:
He is a righteous but forgiving all powerful God
He can make something out of a dirt clod.

His truth will always stand--
So I will forget all which does not stay
And hope in the one who is for always.
