God Will Show The Way Poem by Michael P. Johnson

God Will Show The Way

Rating: 5.0

God says one day the world will burn
With all her shameful sin
Yet still the masses fail to turn
And bid God’s Son within

We wonder why God fails to call?
Save husband, child, or wife?
Why Jesus fails to save them all?
Why God won’t give them life?

Not all will come, it’s sad to say
Yet God; is not to blame
Many are called, but go astray
To live their lives of shame

It’s not for us to question why?
The Lord is sure to know
Of course it’s hard to see them die
And know just where they’ll go

Yet God is true in every way
His judgement’s always sound
For those in faith, who seek and pray
True life in Christ is found

Christ came to die, that all may share
The life He has to give
But first we need to love and care
And learn His! Way to live

For faith! We must receive God’s word
Through this! The truth we’ll see
Through this! The Shepherd’s voice is heard
To set His people free

God’s wisdom comes to understand
Knowledge to those who pray
True Light; to shine in every land
To show those lost, the way.
