Gods Love Poem by Rose Emma

Gods Love

Rating: 5.0

When all I had to show from
Several lonely days,
Was your love and deepest affections,
Cascading all through the beam
Of the beautiful soul you've made,
In the darkness, where fear creped,
I became a freedom breathe,
For I had my trust in our togetherness,
I had a rock, that is my shield,
I recalled David said about you being
His fortress, my fortress,
I got bound in the warmth of your grace,
It's us against every asunder,
But I won't surrender,
For in every night falls,
I've discovered that I don't need
Candles or stars,
When I have the glow of your light.
