Golden Fleece Poem by Yoyama Magwashu

Golden Fleece

If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you.
If I only had six months to live, I wouldn't want to be anywhere but where am I.
Because ever since I met you, your heart is a better place for me.
My life was black and white until you came in and added color.
Even in a museum full of paintings and books, I would choose to gaze at you because you are my golden fleece.
You are my masterpiece and you will have me, until the last star in the galaxy dies.
In the vast galaxy of my heart, your love is the shining star that guides me through every thought.
I would rather spend one lifetime with you, than face all the ages of this world alone.
