Gone Poem by Sneha Murali

Gone

she cherished her childhood
her life she sat and cried
her tears were like the river
and then she was gone
gone forever

some say she vanished at their sight
dunno if she vanished with delight
how she vanished only i know
like crystal clear and white as snow

like snow on the mountain
like bubbles on a fountain
like ripples on the river
she was gone
gone forever

her road of life was very narrow
and her heart was full of sorrow
the dark clouds, the frosty night
the day is dying in the light

the sky was the witness
the trees refused to tell
the tears in the river were more
than that in the well

she spread her hands to the sky
and then said, ' i want to die'
from her eyes the tears flowed
and then she was gone and was no more

(before you judge me....i wrote this when i was like 11 or 12 years old......starting out...mistakes are just human.. :) ...ryt?)
