Gone But Not Forgoten Poem by Elizabeth Stamm

Gone But Not Forgoten

Rating: 5.0

So long ago you left me so, with nothing but memories and a broken
heart.
Such pain had come to follow, ever since that day we did part.
I cried of your loss, now to this day I wear a cross.
There is one thing though that I know is true, even if your gone,
I can remember hearing, 'my dearest daughter, I never left you! '
Until we meet again, somewhere up in heaven!
