The follies did in the Gone days
With dereliction and carelessness,
Time would give, alas, one another chance
To mend them and repair afresh.
A weak present, though a child of past,
Irks at heart each and every time;
A glimpse of disgrace lingers and lasts,
And never palliated with the passage of time.

I would like to translate this poem
The follies did in the past as a student is repented. Alas, Times Wheel could be turned back, and it would give one another chance to mend those follies.
