Gone With The Wind Poem by jesica reeder

Gone With The Wind

i wash away the pain left in me
i faint in like ash apon a tree
there is nothing left to do
nothing left in you
live young and leave a hint of beauty
is what he said
before he left us dead
i should have gone with him
he said for me to stay
that i shall suffer witout him
i deserved better than him
then off the building he went
he was falling fast
i got a last kiss
before he flew the wind
donw to the ground
he spattered with a thump
nothing left of him
gone with the wind
nothing left to say
i went wit him
i flew too
down i went
we both went down
down to the ground
to come clean
free ourselves from his place
to be free
nothing left to say
i am too away
for we are already dead
