Good-Bye Poem by FASANMI FEMI

Good-Bye

Rating: 4.5

It's never been too easy
You know it's not that way.
avoir, aux deux, so long friend
good-bye is hard to say.
You know it brings a tear drop
A hole in space and time.
You stopped the world from turning
When good-bye the bells did chime.

It's hard to say it's over,
When it wasn't meant to be.
Angels in our presence
Gone eternity.
Say so long Theresa
and oh, our princess Di,
The world has gotten colder,
When these angels said good-bye.

We hardly got to know you.
It's harder now your gone.
You gave the world so much and
left us all alone.
We thought you'd live forever,
how could we ever know?
You'd stop our world from turning,
the day you had to go.

It's hard to say it's over,
When it wasn't meant to be.
Angels in our presence
Gone eternity.
Say so long Theresa
and oh, our princess Di,
The world has gotten colder,
When these angels said good-bye

Now who will give us strength and
what are we to do?
Your work is far from over,
and who will fill your shoes?
You know we hardly knew you,
and how the world does cry.
It's hard to say it's over,
When we didn't say good-bye.

It's hard to say it's over,
When it wasn't meant to be.
Angels in our presence
Gone eternity.
Say so long Theresa
and oh, our princess Di,
The world has gotten colder,
When these angels said good-bye
