Waiting at home for you
Yet she is always standing in the rain
Waving goodbye to you
Silent tears running down her face
Whispering ''Please come back, I love you''

Yet she is always waiting on your return
In the dust counting the days on her long fingers
Untill she gets to see you again

You have always got a good girl
Waiting at home for you
Yet she is wondering when it will change
Thoughts of a happy future together
Staying forever faithfull to you
Untill her dying day
