Goodbye. Poem by Savannah Allison

I dont want to say that I miss you,
Because it would mean that your not here.

I dont want to say that I need you,
Because it means im living in fear.

I dont want to say come back to me!
When your in such a peaceful place.

But, oh! , how I would give anything,
for one more glimpse of your face.

I dont want to say Goodbye,
because that means parting for good.

So ill just keep my head held high,
like I knew you would.

Instead ill say, Ill Be Seeing You!
When its my turn to play with the stars.

Gone will be our suffering,
tribulations, and scars.
