We’re both tired and we’re fighting,
But neither of us knows why,
I’m tired of the hurting,
I’m tired of making you cry...

I’ve seen this to many times,
And I’ve- heard it all before,
But the truth is- I can’t take this anymore...

I never wanted to hurt you,
I never wanted to see tears in your eyes...
But when I leave,
Which I will,
All we will have is what’s left behind,

So I’ll take this moment to say goodbye,
But this time I mean it for good,
I’m tired of explaining myself,
I’m tired of being misunderstood.
