Goodbye Poem by Rachel Ndungu

Goodbye

Love, blame me not for your sleep or demise.

For i have taken the front line of the battle

With a shield of faith n a spear of truth

Fear being an alien not treated kindly

Pure thoughts built on kindness and care

Anger kept at bay to touch not the ship

The storm is no threat for like a victor i would hold on and steer

The darkness is too thick though, i know not where this ship is headed

Love i wish to let u rest, blame me not i beg.
