Goodbye Poem by Mary Angeli Joie Ostan

Goodbye

The tears I cry
Will never run dry
I always think of you
And all the hateful things you do
You always said you'd love me
You always said you'd care
Now I'm spending lonely nights wishing you were there
Much less, I hope it's easy for you to see
I refuse to look back on those painful memories
On all of the fights and lies, on all of the tears
You have become my greatest fears
No more of your meaningless apologies
No more of your inconsiderate lies
It's time for me to finally admit
It's at last my time to escape the pit
The dark pit of my death
Now I know it was me who had been so blind
I was indefinitely in love with you
Nonetheless, you granted me a shattered heart
You ripped my world apart
I must say goodbye
Instead of see you around
