Gratitude Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Gratitude

For sun that shines, and rain that falls,
I'm thankful for the gentle calls
Of birds that sing a happy tune,
Beneath the silver light of moon.

For friends so kind, a helping hand,
Across the sea, across the land,
For food to eat and a cozy bed,
Gratitude fills my heart instead.

For laughter shared, and stories told,
More precious than any silver or gold,
I'm grateful for each brand new day,
And all the blessings that come my way.
