Gray Life - Poem by Lovely Kayla Bear

Her life was so bleak
She dreaded life and living
Once the drugs use to help the pain go away
after awhile though the grey just got worse
Next came the blade of the purple knife
it relieved so much pain
She felt so alive yet still so dead
She couldn't stop she needed the pain
She wanted to feel the blood drip down
She tried so hard to leave it behind
She began to fall to the grayness again, but worse
She fell weak to her knife the only thing that
brings her to life above the gray
She went to far this time
She cut so deep she couldn't come back
She fell to the ground will her blood soaked wrist
She finally won she was gone and so was the gray
