Grow dwarf to become tall!


Grow dwarf to become tall
The paradoxical peter's principles rise and fall
At the top you rise to the level of your top in competency!
In fact rise and fall are in different areas of your quality and competency.

A CMD or CEO at the top, if not in competent and obsolete due to age
Has rigid and slow reflexes and decision- making; is generally in life's downward phase
Low initiative risk taking and leadership, dynamic and inspiring
The man at the top is thus in top in competency's cage.

Beset with health problems, daughter's marriage, home construction
And son's settlement he has little time for organization and social reconstruction
This is further aggravated by religious rites and rituals
The man at the top has no time for enthusiasm and inclination to be effectual!

But it need not always be so
Fighting against entropy and dwarfing; he may be cool, mature and wise and still grow
His positive vision and wisdom may pay dividends
He can heal and renovate and make the organization grow.

You may grow very tall in intellect and economics
Rising from a humble background; now dwarfed in human values and ethics
Moving high in the social ladder but with a disconnect with the routes
A common tragedy in an upwardly mobile society with sweet-bitter fruits
