Growing Up - Poem by Calin P. Kupi
When we were young kids, life was easier
recess three times, little homework and play all day.
As years came and went and we got older
life became a bit harder.
Only one recess and lots of homework, tests every week
and studying non-stop.
Some of us even get turned into geeks.
No more play and come free afternoons just study, study, study
to pass our tests and make our parents and teachers.
