The apotheosis of humanity
Is Buddha, Christ and likely others.
In this they may be one with what's beyond.
They go up to as far as we can see.
Do they go beyond humanity?
Here any son is only his Father, though,
Up to the point his likeness makes him so.
We exist by division here below.
Christ liked to call himself the Son of Man
Meaning He grew as far as anyone can.
