There on my shoulder she hovers
Detecting if trouble is near
Her countenance set and determined
Her presence casts out all my fear

Here stance is attentive and watchful
A sword of light hangs at her side
Her focus is sharp and devoted
To always protect me and guide

She's there when I feel myself stumble
Her help leads me through every trial
She comforts my sorrows and sometimes
My triumphs will bring her a smile

Her strength holds me upright through turmoil
What others call luck I perceive
Is her ever standing nearby me
Her presence I truly believe

Equipped to support or assist me
In joy or in crisis my guide
Appointed by God my protector,
My angel is there at my side
