Guardian Angels Poem by Darren Harris

Guardian Angels

Rating: 4.0

I sense you stood next to me,
Anne told me you were there,
I feel the warmth from within you,
A feeling that you care,
But is there one or are there more?
Watching over me,
Following as I walk life’s road,
Step 1, step 2, step 3,
I know your there but give me a sign,
And set my mind at rest,
For I have failed in all my goals,
I was set an impossible test,
So guardian angels take me in your arms,
And keep me safe within,
For I’m not strong enough on my own,
For the ice I walk is too thin,
And I’ve walked this road all my life,
In silence and in pain,
So guardian angels heal my heart,
And let the sun shine through again.

Nice poem! I've had times in my life when I know I had one watching over me. Wendy
