Guess It Matters Not Poem by Roger Snow

Guess It Matters Not

Feels so alone
like those nights
in Winter, , , at
our Summer Home

I know you Bleed, ,
and when I try, ,
you say you'll leave, ,
then fold into me
with that child like sigh

Seems we feel more
then we'll allow ourselves
to say
but holding in
doesn't help us change
not easy is it, to convey
what we feel and fear
the break of a Heart, ,

No, ,
not a word
nothing said
leaves nothing heard
is there nothing left
but a smile goodbye
without a wink
without at least a try

and lying there in Grief
well that isn't going
to make the trap go away
offers us no relief
and that Guilt
is as well mine
can we even find enough time
to see through each others eyes, ,
or is this where
we leave our love, ,
in a Void of sadness
and a collage of Goodbyes, ,
