Do you ever feel like you're a empty shell
That everyone is laughing at you
Everyone puts you down and makes you feel worthless
People keep saying keep your head up but its hard when you keep sinking

How do i make it out
How can i be strong
I put on a smile and laugh with others, but deep down im struggling.
The pain is real
I cant escape
I cant run
Im buried alive in guilt and reminders
Reminders i wish would go away!
