Haikus 1/23/08 Poem by Jeph S. Walker

Haikus 1/23/08

1.
breath scatters in air
smoke puffing cold atmosphere
sun lies to the world
2.
swim inside of me
i want to feel you moving
stretch my veins out
3.
the decieving words
that are said underneath your breath
whispers in the dark
4.
sweet miraculous taste
so much beauty, one small thing
pepsi I love you
5.
graver is that in
the words taht are said by you
then spew from other lips
6.
this is where it ends
enter the shot in my veins
brompton cocktail blend
7.
thick flesh doors slam shut
central computer shuts down
fatigue has now won
8.
swarms of cobwebs
woven inside of my head
unclear thoughts form
9.
i can feel the vines
constricting around my limbs
pulled in your darkness
10.
crowded sound waves lost
in a complexity of
haunting melodies
11.
this sweet aroma
your pheromone as i touch
we explode in love
12.
little string that hangs
why are you so destructive
half sleeve unraveled
13.
my head slips under the
water and i nash my teeth
you dont hear me scream
14.
in the midst of all
this suffering i see you
smile, it makes me smile
15.
a barrier between
the two of us, but we have
never felt closer
16.
torn into two worlds
but im telling you now babe
we will collide again
17.
the difference between
you and me sweetheart is that
i am a pure breed
