Half Of A Light Poem by Clint Gray

Half Of A Light

Street lights indoors
A carpet full of pictures
Street fights outdoors
A pavement full of nightmares

Cares lost in
A lobby of symmetry
Autumn holidays
A dance of whispers and gold

Distance not measured
A mile or a thought
Saturday night and nothing
To each half of a light

Little winds sting
A medicine made for words
Prayers over burgundy
Sins in the moonlight
