Hanami Poem by Sebastian Priotese

Hanami

If I would have had a grain
Of authority in this world,
Be it even as a poet,
I would have made an international
Holiday out of watching how your
Crisp smile bloomed across your face,
Like a leaf loved a bit too much
By autumn.
