Happiness - Poem by Minnie Gertz

To enjoy what comes
Your way;
To set aside time for
Play;
To refrain from worry
When you can-
May help give you a
longer life span.
To be satisfied with
Your own lot;
To never envy what
others got;
To never compete when
You should relax;
To not complain when
You pay income tax;
To have fresh air and
Exercise each day-
All of which equal
Happiness, I'd say.
