A glamorous woman comes out of the old age,
Pride and prejudice is all she can see
Through her million year old eyes,
She can't unsee the people dying for praise,
They say, 'This is how happiness is made.'
She goes a little further
And can hear the sounds of bleeding,
And the hunger of rich screams louder than the poor,
She can't unsee the piece of paper making this a fairytale,
And they say, 'This is how happiness is made'
She walks with poise and confidence
Looks at dreams being maufactured in the alley of validation
She can hear from her million year old ears
The monk planning his game for the next bait
And they say, 'This is how happiness is made.'
Then she sees a baby crying but that's suppressed
By his mother whining about her weight
The mother starves till she gets the influencer's fame
And they say, 'This is how happiness is made'.
The glamourous woman understands the illusion
'Hyper-consumerism is the winning pathway for capitalism and Money gives value to the society that only cares to protect it's name, '
But now she is forever stuck in the modern age,
Which leads her to join the ' most sucessful' race
And she says, 'This is how happiness is made.'
